Administrative Assistant/Fill-in CNA
We are a local, family owned and operated company joyously providing care to seniors in their homes and seeking an Administrative Assistant to help run our office. This person will also be responsible for helping our team fill-in on the occasional open shifts to ensure the very best care for our clients and their families.
QUALIFICATIONS: CNA and high school diploma.
Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite products.
Ability to learn and operate within our proprietary software.
One (1) year home health experience, preferred.
Have an empathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly.
Ability to carry out directions fully.
Ability to effectively communicate to demonstrate competency in the provision of care and services safely and effectively and treat clients and teammates with dignity and respect to person and property.
Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
Scheduling clients/caregivers and appointments for clients
Recording and verifying time off requests/ holiday schedules
Client activities list and profiles
New hire paperwork and Orientation
First and second interviews for Caregivers
On call once monthly (can change)
Update medication charst monthly
Order holiday cards and get them sent out. Stamps, return labels, address list, cards.
Order supplies as needed.
e-mail reminders for orientation, interviews and upcoming schedules with select clients
check Idaho Falls calendar of events, send messages of fun activities for our caregivers to do with our client
Running errands for office, clients and caregivers as needed
Filling in as a caregiver as needed
Build and updating employment files
Building prospect files and new client folders/binders
Daily reading/adjusting claims and times for caregivers
Representing our agency at local health and employment fairs
Ensuring office is clean and orderly

POSITION SUMMARY The cloudnine Agency, family owned and operated firm has a great opportunity for a motivated, experienced individual to join our team as a marketing professional / business developer. We are currently in search of a special candidate with proven success building the census of our exceptional Private Duty homecare businesses. Candidates should have a strong base of client referral sources, a professional network to call upon, and creative marketing skills utilizing the internet and social media to increase referral development opportunities.
- Call on healthcare facilities, physicians, senior living communities, and other referral sources in order to build a network of Private Duty business.
- Develop strategies designed to expand the agency’s outreach within our target market.
- Seek, cultivate, and participate in marketing opportunities in the community and establish rapport with private duty and healthcare professionals.
- Develop marketing materials for distributions, and continue our internet / social media marketing content for referral development.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years marketing/sales experience in Healthcare
- Working knowledge of Private Duty/Home Health and Hospice
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, written)
